IT And Consulting Service

  1. We do not copy software. It is illegal and wrong to copy software beyond what the author specifies in its EULA - End User License Agreement. We obey all EULA’s from all companies.
  2. Please do not ask us to break the law. Casual software copying has become an epidemic and is costing the industry billions of dollars. Because of the ease of copying software you may not be aware you are even doing it. We will tell you if we discover it.
  3. We could report you for copying software. The software industry is encouraging IT professionals to report stolen software. After all it is a CRIME. Just be aware the possibility exists.
  4. Data Loss. At NO time are we liable for lost data even if we do a backup. Due to the nature of technology no guarantee can be made that your data will be safe or retrievable. We will try our best to protect it but cannot guarantee any aspect of it.
  5. Contract Termination. If you decide to terminate contract before specified time, for any reason, you agree to pay an additional one (1) month contract fee in addition to any other due fees. Then the contract will be considered terminated. If we terminate it no additional fees will be required. However, current month will be due and payable regardless of the day in month.
  6. Passwords. We generally maintain a list of password for our Contract customers only. This is at our discretion only, however. Request for passwords from other than the contract's signatory MIGHT be denied until we get that persons approval.
