Non-contract Fee Schedule

New Fees Effective 10/01/08

• On-site hourly $85.
• In-house hourly $65.
• Time recorded to the minute. Rounded to 15 minutes.
• Minimums:
  • On-site 30 minutes. $42.50.
  • In-house 15 minutes. $16.25.
• Flat Rate, if approved, for In-House computer repair/virus removal: $149.
• Remote computer work:
  • In-house minimum.
  • Billed 15 minutes increment after that.
• Travel:
  • In Marble Falls proper: None.
  • Outside the Marble Falls area time is charged one-way.
• Phone work:
  • Talking to client:
    • If phone support exceeds 15 minutes.
      • You will be told you are being billed.
      • Clock starts and you will be charged 15 minutes increment after that.
  • Talking to all others for client:
    • In-house minimum.
    • Billed 15 minutes increment after that.
• Free proposals and quotes.
• We do not sell or mark-up parts or software. We help you buy them and will charge for time involved.
