What Mike REALLY does is
way over our heads. But, I can tell you that he has greatly simplified my
life. In this age of computers, routers, ISP's URL's, and E-Stuff, Mike has
kept this office running. He's responsive and patient. Most of what he
does goes unnoticed (we only notice when something doesn't work, right?).
Our minimal down time is a direct reflection of his efforts. He keeps all
our equipment and software updated and most importantly, secure. We're
lucky to have this talented man working with us.

I requested Mike to stop by
and discuss a customer's network problem that was causing me much grief and I
had no resolve. Mike assured me that a solution was simple and gave me
confidence that this problem would be quickly resolved. Two hours of Mike in
the customer's home saved me multiple hours of grief. A cost savings of real
value to me.

1985 and have used everything from the big nationals to small local ISP's and I
can unequivocally state that Mike Klick has the best customer service of anybody
that I have ever dealt with. If there is a problem with their end its posted
right on the web site for you to find, if it's not on their end Mike is ready
willing and able to help you find the problem on your end. Additionally Mike is
very knowledgeable and unlike many who are knowledgeable he is very personable
and user friendly! I highly recommend him!

I have personally known Mike
Klick for over 20 years. First of all, I know he is a man of integrity and solid
character. I have always found him to be trustworthy and to keep his word. And
those character traits determine the principles upon which he bases all he does
including his faith, his family and his business. In fact, without a doubt, I
know if Mike were given a choice of compromising his principles including truth
and honesty, or losing a business deal, he would sacrifice the deal rather than
his integrity.
And secondly, I know Mike to be
a consummate professional in his work. I don’t know how many times I would call
or see Mike and he was reading technical/computer manuals and periodicals to
learn the latest aspects in his field and keep his computer skills at the
highest level. He has a natural gifting and passion for his technical field, but
he works hard to hone and maintain his expertise. I personally am a software
developer, but countless times I have turned to Mike for advice in the areas he
has developed so well.

lot of people out there who claim to know something about computers and
computer systems. But it takes more than knowledge and expertise to
successfully solve most people's IT problems. Things like courtesy,
empathy, dedication, integrity, attention to detail and commitment to
